These terms apply to autom8recruit.com and to Autom8Recruit Keyword Research (the "Tool"), operated by Autom8Recruit ("we", "us").
1. The Tool is internal
The Tool is used only by Autom8Recruit to read keyword research data from the Google Ads API for Google Ads accounts we own. It is not available to the public or to clients, and nobody outside Autom8Recruit may use it or sign in to it.
2. Google services
Use of the Tool is also subject to Google's terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google API Services User Data Policy. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Website use
You may browse autom8recruit.com for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it in ways that bypass its normal interface, or misuse any information on it.
4. No warranty
The website and the Tool are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keyword data comes from Google and is an estimate; we make no promise about its accuracy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Autom8Recruit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the Tool.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
