This policy explains how Autom8Recruit ("we", "us") handles information, including information accessed through Google APIs by our internal tool, Autom8Recruit Keyword Research (the "Tool").

1. Who we are

Autom8Recruit is an automation consultancy operated by Daksh Sarda. Contact: daksh@autom8recruit.com.

2. What the Tool does

The Tool is an internal application used only by Autom8Recruit. It connects to the Google Ads API to read keyword research data (such as search volume and competition estimates from Google Ads Keyword Planner) for Google Ads accounts that we own. We use this data to plan content for our own websites and products. The Tool is not offered to the public or to clients, and it does not create, change or manage advertising campaigns.

3. Google user data we access

• Google Ads data: keyword ideas and historical keyword metrics returned by the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), for our own Google Ads accounts only.
• Basic account identity: the email address of the signed-in Google account (via OpenID Connect), used only to confirm which of our accounts is signed in.

We do not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google data.

4. How we use, store and protect it

• Keyword data is used only for our own internal content and keyword planning.
• OAuth tokens are stored in the operating system's secure keychain on our own computer and are never shared or published.
• Keyword research results may be saved in our private project files for analysis. They contain no personal information.
• We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or training AI models.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Autom8Recruit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Website visitors

When you visit autom8recruit.com, our hosting provider may record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and basic analytics. If you contact us, we use the details you provide only to reply to you.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep keyword research results only as long as they are useful for our planning. Access to the Tool can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections, after which stored tokens no longer work, and we delete them from our keychain. To ask us to delete any information about you, email us at the address above.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
